Where Western Medicine meets Chinese and Tibetan Healing traditions.
"Obtaining and maintaining optimal health requires an integrated approach. By combining Modern medicine, Traditional medicine and Spiritual medicine we can find new solutions to the many sicknesses and problems that engulf our world. Acupuncture is an ancient healing technique and is part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). TCM views body, mind, and environment as an interconnected whole. Its wisdom reaches back thousands of years, yet remains strikingly relevant today.
TCM is deeply based on the I Ching, also called the “Book of Changes”. It highlights the deep mutal interdepence of life and phenomena. This insight leads among others to profound unique therapeutic approaches.
By stimulating points with fine needles in carefully chosen locations in specific sequences, acupuncture supports both body and mind to regain balance and thereby activates its innate healing capacity.
Tibetan Medicine, also called “the Science of Healing” is part of a larger system called Kalachakra that is one of the most famous and important texts of Indo-Tibetan Buddhism.
Kalachara and the I Ching have a lot of similarities. They both offer ways of understanding and harmonizing the energies of body, mind, environment and cosmos through the six elements — earth, water, fire, wind, space and mind.
Practised for over two and a half thousand years to this day, Tibetan Medicine brings together herbal medicine, nutrition, lifestyle guidance, spiritual practice, behavioral advice, and several therapeutic techniques into a truly integrated treatment system.

'Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food'
- Hippocrates-
Our modern Western lifestyle contributes to chronic diseases such as diabetes (85%) cardiovascular disease (75%), and cancer (30-50%).
Traditional healing systems regard lifestyle and behavior as the biggest factors that influence health. In the past only if changes in behavior and lifestyle were not sufficient, then other healing practices were offered, such as herbs, cupping and acupuncture.
Nowadays, facing so many mental and physical problems, we need both, lifestyle medicine and (traditional) treatments to rebalance.
Nourishing life means being mindful every day and making conscious choices that support a healthy lifestyle.

Due to industrial pollution and technology our body and mind are constantly exposed to devices, ACEs and other toxic chemicals. Detoxing is no longer optional but essential.

In a time when 60–70% of supermarket products are ultra-processed, a healthy and balanced diet is more important than ever.

Chronic tension disrupts hormones, immunity and mental diturbances. Regular moments of calmness help restore balance, resilience, and overall well-being.
